eSano

Our Platform

The online intervention is presented on the eSano platform of University of Ulm. The eSano platform is hosted on a server of Strato AG (for more information about the data security of Strato's servers, click here).

 

The platform consists of a content management system for content creation, a platform for participants, and a platform for eCoaches (online coaches specially trained for the project). The following user behavior data is collected via eSano: Use of the platform with regard to participant-eCoach interactions (e.g., data on the number and type of contacts with the respective eCoaches); use of the platform with regard to the online intervention program (e.g., number of logins, processing period, dropout rate).

 

The necessary ADV contract between Strato AG and University of Ulm, according to Art. 28 is available. Information on data protection in accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO is available on the online intervention platform for participants to download.

 

The survey software Unipark is used for all surveys within the scope of the study. Questback Serverpark is hosted by Questback GmbH on a European server. An ADV contract between Questback GmbH and University of Ulm according to Art. 28 is available. Data protection information in accordance with Art. 13 DGSVO is available for participants to download from the Unipark survey platform. Privacy Statement

according to § 13 TMG

1. Collection and processing of http protocol data

When you visit our website and each time a file is retrieved, our web server collects log information about these processes (e. g. browser type, date and time of retrieval). These are not personal data. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the collected data to a specific natural person. All of this information is evaluated by us exclusively for statistical purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties. We do not link this data with other data. The data will also be deleted regularly within one week after a statistical evaluation.

 

2. Use of personal data

Personal data will only be collected by us if and to the extent that you provide it to us with your knowledge. In particular, these personal data will only be used to design our services if you have expressly given us your consent to do so. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The processing purposes are stated at the relevant points on our websites and are not subject to any subsequent changes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without your consent if we are legally obliged to do so.
